Joven has been in the mortgage banking industry since 1979. After over a decade in mortgage servicing, he transitioned into mortgage origination in 1993. In 2000, he entered into partnership with long-time colleague and associate, Dave Manovill, and largely contributed to the growth of Centurion Mortgage. In 2007, it was time to branch out from Centurion Mortgage and a new downtown operation under Centurion Funding Group Inc. was created.

Joven prides himself with his attention to details, and continuously strives to be a better banker through excellent customer service. He inspires the rest of the company through constant quest for improved technology to better serve the company’s clients.
